Acting as a fully independent Consultant, CoGri Canada can undertake a complete critical review of the Design Engineer’s flooring proposals, evaluating:
- The joint layout and how the floor is to be constructed.
- Construction details, including interfaces between the floor slab and other construction / structural elements.
- Full structural analysis of the designed slab thickness and reinforcement.
- Reviewing recommendations / findings by the Geotechnical Engineer considering how this might impact on the floor design.
- The detailed specification document, particularly the performance requirements of the slab.
- The Concrete mix design.
